I am currently co-producer on this animated production. We have 12 months to go from concept to a finished short film and are presently in the post-production phase. We started with traditional 2D animation (on paper) and are doing clean-up digitally in Toon Boom Harmony.
Most of my responsibilities are asset related; I keep track of project files and other assets so everything stays organized and is easily accessible. I also assist in assigning scenes and work to the artists as well as keeping track of progress for the overall production. Additionally, as on all the productions I work on, I strive to keep the crew motivated and happy to be working on the project and as a team.
