StormBreaker Brewing asked our class to produce a promo for their new location in St. Johns. We had eleven weeks to pitch ideas, get the clients feedback, shoot, edit and deliver this video.
My roles on this production were producer and assistant director. I made sure the department heads had the information and assets they needed to do their jobs, kept track of paperwork and kept our production on schedule on all fronts.
We were working with StormBreaker as they were finishing up construction and preparing for their grand opening, and we filmed during their soft opening.
If I could do this project again I would have liked to start getting footage of the building under construction and be able to get unobstructed footage of it after it was finished. Also, I would try to focus our ideas more to come out with a more cohesive video.
